You have 14 days to return or exchange jewelry for any reason. Products must be returned and carefully repackaged in their original packing. To arrange a return or exchange, please email email@example.com, quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return/exchange.
Custom items are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee. If you would like to organize a return via our courier service, we are able to generate a prepaid return label that will be sent to your email address. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Alternatively, if you wish to ship the jewelry yourself, the item(s) returned must be properly packaged in the manner in which they were sent, in their original packaging, boxed, and insured for the full value. The mail address will offer once you request a return in email.
Your refund will be processed one business day after your return is received. It may take 3-7 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account.
